Oddo joined AC Milan from Lazio in January for around £5m and Neapolitan left-winger Pasquale Foggia.
He said: “I don’t think that Inter are superior. In football there are many factors that can decide the outcome of a season and those go beyond technical ability.
“We have such a psychologically strong side as we showed by winning the Champions League after the start we had to the season. I think that Roma have a quality team as well and that we are all equal.”
He added: “I couldn’t choose between the Scudetto and the Champions League – I want them both.
“We’ve also got the chance to focus on an immediate target which is the European Super Cup. I know that it may not be the highest in the hierarchy of trophies, but I prefer to try and lift as many cups as possible.”
