Lee said: “We don’t want to lose any of our quality players but sometimes it’s out of our hands.
“We have to consider the lad’s wishes. He’s mentioned before he has aspirations to play Champions League football.
“If something like that came along we would not look to stand in his way.But we want to keep him here and we are doing everything we can to keep him here.
“It wouldn’t be a good time to lose him after three defeats in a week.
“But as things stand, we have not had a concrete offer for Nicolas.”
