Pallister urges fans to be patient with the summer signings.
He told The Sun: “Players like Anderson, Nani and Tevez need time to adjust to the Premier League.
“It’s all about adapting to new surroundings and learning to deal with the pressure of being at a huge club like United.
“They’ve got to get used to playing alongside new team-mates and also earn acceptance from the fans.
“The aim is for them to become first-team regulars but they will also need to be patient as you’ve still got players like Paul Scholes and Ryan Giggs out there on top form.”
