Rosenthal said: “English football is popular in Israel. The majority of Israelis want England to qualify.
“We know there are a lot of Russians who live in Israel but most of us are pulling for England.
“I am sure we can at least get a draw. We have lost only one competitive game at home in recent years so we are capable.
“We have motivation and tactical intelligence and my prediction is 0-0.”
