Tottenham will sign Brazilian star Fred in the next 24 hours, according to the Sun. That will certainly mean England hitman Jermain Defoe will leave Spurs.
With the signing of Fred, Defoe will be fifth in the pecking order at the Lane.
Defoe was told last week by boss Juande Ramos that he can leave the club.
