Reports have suggested the players have lost the faith of his players.
“It’s total misrepresentation to suggest that other players are unhappy,” the Manchester United midfielder told The Telegraph.
“I’m really disheartened if there are players going behind the backs of others and saying stuff like that. They should be up front like everyone else if they have a problem.
“If there is a player saying that then it doesn’t ring true with the rest of us. George has the backing of me and everyone else. He’s passionate, enthusiastic and good to play for.”
