Several of the former Manchester United defender’s team-mates was disappointed that they did not score more goals in the match.
Heinze said after the match: “We have gained three important points at home and that is something that must not be overlooked.
“There were moments when we played well and other when it was balanced. If we had won 4-0, we would be talking about how easy the game was.”
He added: “Sometimes, it is just not possible to win, score a lot of goals and please everyone. Football is not mathematics.”
