Tevez is currently on loan at Manchester United and Sir Alex Ferguson has insists they will not offer him a permanent deal until next summer.
Any club who would want to sign Tevez on a permanent basis would have to splash out £30m. Tevez is currently under contract with Media Sports Investment.
