The 30-year-old Polish international is on loan with the Danish champions until Christmas from Southampton.
“Playing against Manchester United is a dream come true,” Saganowski told The Sun.
“I came to Aalborg because they were in the Champions League and this will be one of the biggest matches of my career.
“United are a fantastic team with some unbelievable players but I believe we can win and I can score against them.
“I did not get many goals last season but this is a fresh start for me and I have faith in my ability even against people like Rio Ferdinand and Nemanja Vidic.”
