Kaladze has been an important part of AC Milan’s backline in recent years, due to the problems of Alessandro Nesta and Paolo Maldini.
Spartak Moscow coach Michael Laudrup is keen on signing the 30-year-old.
Kaladze said: “I have nothing to say. There is no need. I am doing too well in Milan and Italy to change the air I breathe.
“I am honored by Spartak Moscow, but here I feel at home.”
