Sportmediaset claims the Rossoneri could make a move for Milito, should they fail to sign Arsenal striker Emmanuel Adebayor.
Milito has also been linked with Inter and Manchester United in recent weeks.
It is believed Genoa president Enrico Preziosi wants at least £25million for the star striker.
