The Daily Star reports that the Rossoneri plan to make a big money move for the £30million-rated forward this summer.
AC Milan are reportedly set to sell Brazilian striker Pato to PSG this summer and are keen to bring in Balotelli to replace him.
Balotelli was recently left out of Italy’s international friendly for the clash with the United States due to his behaviour.
Italy manager Cesere Prandelli said: “When Balotelli begins to behave well, he will get a call-up.
“He has been handed eight games in suspensions so far in England, which is a lot.
“A great player must be able to face provocation and should not react.”
