The 18-year-old has yet to make his professional debut for Blackburn Rovers.
“I haven’t been here for long but it looks good,” said Evans in a statement released by the club.
“The lads seem decent and obviously it’s a bit different to what I’m used to but it should be a good experience.”
“He’s someone we wanted to sign earlier on in the season but unfortunately he got a bit of an injury,” Accrington boss John Coleman said.
“He’s back playing now and played against us (for Blackburn reserves) last week in a behind closed doors game. He’ll give us some much needed pace in attack.”
