The Algeria international is keen on leaving the Greek giants, following a bust-up with AEK boss Dusan Bajevic.
Djebbour’s agent, Farid Ayad, said in SportDay: “Rafik has been in Glasgow since Saturday and is training with Celtic. He will be there until Sunday.
“On Monday he will leave because he has to join the national team for the game with Rwanda.
“After this game with his national team he is obliged to return to AEK, but I can assure you he doesn’t want to.”
He added: “After my talks with the Celtic people I asked for a price from AEK. I don’t know if Celtic are going to make an official offer.
“The next few days will be critical for the future of my client.”
