The Blues have held informal talks regarding his client, who joined Borussia Dortmund in the summer of 2010.
“All the big clubs are looking at Robert,” Cezary Kucharski told Reviersport.
“All of the clubs are curious about his contract details.
“I am able to confirm that a partner of mine in England has been having chats with officials at Chelsea about Robert.”
Lewandowski’s current contract with Borussia Dortmund is set to expire in the summer of 2014.
