The 18-year-old has been wanted by the Blues this summer, but decided to sign a new five-year contract with Brazilian side Santos instead.
“Neymar will stay with Santos but I’m sure he will become a Chelsea player eventually,” explained Neymar’s agent Pini Zahavi in The Sun.
“He loves Santos and wants to win the Copa Libertadores.
“But Neymar also knows that for his career he needs to move to a big club.”
