The 28-year-old will undergo a medical at Spartak Moscow in the coming days and is set to sign a three-year contract with the club.
“I will undergo a medical in the coming days and move to Spartak Moscow for three seasons if everything goes well,” De Zeeuw revealed on his official Twitter page.
“Long conversations with both clubs eventually made me decide to leave Ajax this summer.”
