The 24-year-old’s current contract at Ajax is set to expire at the end of the season and the winger could leave the Dutch giants on a free transfer.
“It’s true that Wolfsburg are very interested in signing me. However, there are several more teams that are keeping tabs on me,” Emanuelson was quoted as saying by NUsport.
“I haven’t spoken with someone from Wolfsburg yet and I won’t make a decision any time soon. I just want to focus on Ajax for now.
“The Bundesliga is a great competition though. They have a lot of strong teams and the fans are really passionate about football.
“I will join a club where I have a good chance to get regular first team action. That probably won’t be one of Europe’s biggest clubs.”
