Al-Fahim has completed the due diligence process and is set to negotiate a price for the club with current owner Sacha Gaydamak.
Al-Fahim’s advisor, Ivo Ilic Gabara, said: “We are now making a final commercial assessment.
“We will then sit down and negotiate a final price. Both parties want it completed as soon as possible.”
