The 31-year-old handed in a transfer request following the club’s match-fixing scandal over the summer.
A statement released by Fenerbahce on Tuesday reads: “A transfer agreement for the sale of Mamadou Niang to Al Sadd for the sum of €7.5 million has been reached.”
