“Winning against Atalanta was important because it restored the morale to the group but it’s too early to talk about a rediscovered Roma,” said Aldair.
“The priority for the Giallorossi now is to try and get a result this evening while several key players are still recovering from injuries.
“The absence of Francesco Totti is always felt and Luciano Spalletti has been unfortunate to have to make do without him.
“When he gets back to fitness he will make such a difference as always.
“This evening though Roma need to be careful because it is very difficult playing against French teams at the moment.
“French football is continually growing and has a better rhythm and Bordeaux have some great individuals.”
