Martin has been linked with a number of clubs including Arsenal, Newcastle, Lyon, Lille and Borussia Dortmund.
The in-demand playmaker signed a new deal with Sochaux in September. The new deal expires in the summer of 2015.
“I’ve started the season with Sochaux and I’ll finish it with Sochaux as well,” said the 23-year-old.
“I have absolutely no desire to leave the side like that in the middle of the season.”
