The Sunday Mirror reports that Wenger already has Manchester City keeper Joe Hart, Fulham ace Brede Hangeland, Bolton defender Gary Cahill and Aston Villa midfielder James Milner on the same list.
Wenger is looking to bring proven experience to the Emirates this summer and Parker fits the bill.
“We have plenty of young players,” said Wenger. “Now we need ready-made players.”
