Debuchy will stay on loan from Arsenal to Bordeaux for the rest of the season.
The defender was expected to leave the Gunners after falling behind Hector Bellerin in the pecking order at the Emirates.
Debuchy has only featured seven times for Arsenal this season and has moved to Bordeaux in an attempt at winning a place in the France squad for Euro 2016.
