The Sun says Wenger is keen to bring in Remy, who has been compared to former Arsenal striker Thierry Henry.
The 20-year-old is aware of the interest from the Gunners.
He told The Sun: “I often talk about Arsenal with Diaby and Sagna when I am with them in the French team.
“They tell me that when you are at Arsenal you want to stay there for your entire career.”
Milan, Lyon and Bordeaux are also reportedly keeping tabs on the French striker.
