The former Manchester United striker is expected to leave the Spanish club this summer.
“I have a feeling his days at Villarreal are over,” Rossi’s agent Andrea Pastorello told Calciomercato.it.
“Over the past few weeks a number of English teams have looked at him. He is in the notebooks of Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City and Tottenham,” he added.
“A number of directors have even come to see him. But Rossi also has admirers in Spain.”
