The 22-year-old’s current contract with the Gunners is set to expire at the end of next season.
He said: “I will listen to what Arsenal have to say – hopefully we will sit down with the club soon and talk things over.
“This can still be a big season for us, although we are not looking too far ahead.
“To be honest, we have already forgotten about the first few games. There is no point dwelling on it.
“After the win in Marseille this week it’s looking very positive.Team morale is great – the best it has ever been.”
