The Gunners are preparing themselves for a bid from Spanish giants Real Madrid or Barcelona.
A Gunners insider told The Sun: “Nobody at Arsenal wants to see Fabregas go but there comes a point when the money is too good to turn down.
“If Arsenal receive a bid in the region of £40m there will be an enormous pressure to sell.”
