The 27-year-old has confirmed that he would like to leave the Russian club as soon as possible.
Arshavin told Bild: “I don’t want to play for Zenit any more. Playing for Bayern is a dream.”
His agent Dennis Lachter added: “No decision will be taken before Zenit St Petersburg play against Real Madrid on December 10.”
