The Daily Mail reports that Tottenham are looking to make a £28million bid for Benteke in January.
But Villa would want £35million if they were to sell the Belgian striker in January.
Benteke was linked with the likes of Chelsea and Spurs in the summer, but decided to sign a new contract at Villa Park instead.
