Panucci has demanded a transfer away from Roma after refusing to sit on the bench on Sunday in the clash with Napoli.
Roma are looking to bring in a replacement for the veteran before they sell him.
Torino and Panathinaikos have also expressed their interest in the former AC Milan and Real Madrid defender.
