Cerezo insists Aguero will only leave the could should a club pay his £55million release clause.
Aguero has been linked with clubs such as Manchester United and Chelsea.
“He has a contract with us, we want him to stay and he is happy here,” Cerezo told the club’s official website.
“Only if someone comes in and pays his clause would we have to see what he decides.”
