Atletico Madrid are “pushing hard” to sign Fiorentina midfielder Sofyan Amrabat this summer, according to TeamTALK.
Reports have suggested that the Moroccan midfielder is closing in on a move to Manchester United, with manager Erik ten Hag keen to strengthen his options in midfield.
Fred, Donny van de Beek and Scott McTominay have all been linked with moves away from United this summer and Ten Hag is keen to bring in the Fiorentina man to replace at least one of them.
The 26-year-old has also attracted interest from Liverpool, Barcelona and West Ham this summer.
But now Atletico Madrid are working hard to sign the midfielder, but Manchester United remain confident that they are leading the chase.
