The 27-year-old has previously insisted he would stay with Roma.
“Roma have not told me anything [about a transfer],” Menendez told Romagiallorossa.com.
“We have not received any offers. I only know that when I talk with the press, they all ask me about Julio Baptista and his departure from Roma. Everyone talks to me about a transfer. A transfer? And to what club?
“Of course, [staying at Roma] is his priority. If Inter were to contact me, we’ll see. If Inter were to talk to me about this situation, we would think about what to do.
“For the moment, there is nothing and we do not have to not talk about anything,” he concluded.
