Spanish newspaper Sport reports that Barcelona are one of several of Europe’s top clubs who are keen on the 21-year-old.
Oezil has impressed for Germany at the World Cup in South Africa this summer.
Oezil joined Werder Bremen in a €4.3million deal in 2008.
