Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain and Roma are all expected to be keen on signing Romelu Lukaku if Chelsea allow the striker to leave on loan.
The Blues have been looking to sell the former Manchester United striker outright and reports have suggested that outfits from Saudi Arabia are ready to make a move, but Lukaku is not interested in leaving Europe.
Roma have been strongly linked with a move for Lukaku and are willing to pay his entire Chelsea salary, according to Sky in Italy.
But reports suggests that Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona will also consider a move for the striker, with the news that Chelsea could allow him to leave on loan.
