Reports on Monday suggested that Juventus had made a €8million bid for the former PSV Eindhoven star, but Zubizarreta insists they are determined to keep the midfielder at the club.
“Afellay is staying with Barcelona. I don’t know anything about interest from any club,” Zubizarreta was quoted as saying by EFE.
Afellay joined Barcelona from Dutch giants PSV Eindhoven in the January transfer window this year.
