Bassong has lost his place in the Spurs team to Michael Dawson and the Frenchman has recently been linked with a move to Paris St Germain.
“I will stay at Tottenham. I am one of the Spurs,” he told Le Figaro.
“When we see our forthcoming (games) with the Premier League and Champions League, it’s motivating.
“I have had approaches from other clubs but this is outdated now. It is the past.
“When you play little, you ask yourself questions, ideas go through your head, but here everything is clear.”
