Reports have suggested new Real Madrid president Florentino Perez was set to hold talks with Hoeness and Bayern president Karl-Heinz Rummenigge about a move for Ribery.
“We are not in talks and we will not head into talks,” Hoeness told German newspaper Abendzeitung.
“We are not going to let him leave, he is under contract with us.
“Louis van Gaal absolutely wants him to remain at our club. He is a key part of our future ambitions.”
