The 22-year-old has been linked with the likes of AC Milan, Chelsea, Manchester City and Liverpool after impressing at the World Cup this summer.
Coentrao’s contract with Benfica is set to expire in the summer of 2016.
He told television station Sport TV: “I have a deal with Benfica for the next six years and my intention is to fulfil that contract.
“I have heard about the rumours about the big European clubs but at the moment, I am calm and totally focused on life with Benfica.”
