Manchester City have been linked with a £50million summer swoop for the striker and manager Roberto Mancini has confirmed his interest.
Benitez said: “Torres is happy.
“The thing he’s thinking about now is being fit as soon as possible and that’s it.
“From the beginning he’s said he’s been very happy with us.”
