But the Spaniard felt their display was better than what they showed last week against Fulham.
“We deserved more because we played better than in the last games,” Benitez told Setanta Sports.
“We are at the top of the league and that is important and some players also played better today.
“The team tried to win and kept a high line. At least the team is playing better. If we play at this level we will continue to win games.”
