Quaresma joined Inter Milan from Porto two years ago, but failed to make an impact at the San Siro.
The 26-year-old has joined Besiktas in a deal worth around £6million.
The Portugal international has become Bernd Schuster’s first signing after taking over as coach at Besiktas.
