Birmingham acting chairman Peter Pannu stated earlier this week that Butland and Nathan Redmond were not for sale.
The Blues are only prepared to sell the duo should they get an ‘eye-popping’ offer.
Arsenal and Manchester City are also reportedly interested in signing Butland.
