Djeziri spent much of last season on loan at Scottish giants Ranger, where he won the 2007 Scottish Youth Cup and Youth League double.
The 18-year-old forward currently plast for Boldklubben Frem in the Danish 1st Division and would cost Blackburn around £125,000.
