The Mirror reports that Blackburn’s new Indian owners are keen to bring in Vucinic as their marquee summer signing.
Blackburn have previously had moves for Ronaldinho and David Beckham turned down.
Juventus are also reportedly keeping tabs on Vucinic, who has previously been linked with the likes of Chelsea and Manchester United.
