The 26-year-old is set to sign a two-year contract with premier League newcomers and will join the club from Czech side Mlada Boleslav.
Sylvestre’s representative, Pavel Zika, told sport.cz: “The transfer has been about to happen for the past week.
“Ludovic is to undergo a medical on Monday and then he will sign a two-year contract with the club.”
