Richard Kingson, Marlon Harewood and Paul Rachubka have all been released as Blackpool boss Ian Holloway is looking to re-shape his squad ahead of next season.
Andy Reid and Sala Sbai, who joined the club in January, and French midfielder Malaury Martin also leaves Blackpool.
Ishmel, Rob Edwards, David Carney, Danny Coid and Jason Euell also missed out on new contracts with Blackpool.
Blackpool have offered new contracts to Matt Gilks, Stephen Crainey, David Vaughan, Brett Ormerod, Mark Halstead and Ash Eastham.
Blackpool have also activated options for a further 12 months on the contracts of Keith Southern, Neal Eardley, Ian Evatt, Billy Clarke, Gary Taylor-Fletcher, Charlie Adam and Louis Almond.
