Boateng joined Genoa from Portsmouth in the summer, who immediately loaned him to AC Milan, who are expected to sign him on a permanent deal next summer.
The Ghanaian international said: “Getting to Milan was fantastic. I never thought that one day I could wear this shirt. I came from Genoa, but honestly it does not matter how I got here, just now that I am here.”
