Reports have suggested Arrigoni is facing the axe following their 1-0 defeat at home to Napoli in the Serie A on Sunday.
“The Coach won’t be going anywhere,” Menarini declared in La Gazzetta dello Sport.
“We all trust him and the result of the game against Inter next weekend won’t affect our strategy.
“We believe that our team has the ability to climb the table without making any changes and so we aren’t worried.
“Arrigoni’s decisions aren’t up for debate and I certainly don’t have the credentials to question him.
“We were punished for one defensive lapse against Napoli because it was a 0-0 game and we at least deserved a draw.”
